Dr Menon's sub-specialty interest is in Management of Infectious Diseases in Children
Common conditions managed by Dr Menon include:
• Management of acute and chronic infections including the investigation and management of prolonged fever • Management of infections in immunocompromised children. • Immunisations following bone marrow transplantation • Routine childhood immunisations • Management of common (general paediatric) childhood conditions • A children's travel clinic that offers comprehensive travel advice and travel immunisations • Specialised medical care for TB and HIV-infected children
Dr Menon is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (U.K.).
She is a Member of:

Dr Menon completed her undergraduate and post-graduate training in Ireland and the U.K.. She worked as a Consultant in Paediatric Infectious Diseases at The Children's University Hospital and Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Dr Menon established the Irish Paediatric Surveillance Unit and was a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of The Health Protection & Surveillance Centre in Ireland.
She returned to Singapore in 2007 to take up the appointment of Paediatric Consultant, Infectious Disease Service at KK Hospital and she was also a Visiting Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Paediatric TB Clinic) and National University Hospital. She was on the H1N1 Taskforce and was also the Chairperson of the Antibiotic Subcommittee, Hospital Infection Control Committee at KK Hospital.
